Holly Aaron is an experienced literacy consultant, project director, and educator with over a decade of dedicated service helping students and school districts improve reading outcomes.


Holly’s career has spanned classrooms, professional development workshops, leadership roles, and one-on-one tutoring. She has served as a Senior Literacy Coach in Jamaica, guided literacy initiatives for U.S. school districts as a Project Director at Lindamood-Bell, and developed literacy training programs that empower both teachers and parents.

Her work includes designing and implementing curriculum, leading professional development, analyzing student data, and advocating for evidence-based instructional practices.
